Professional development training at Atreya Vidyaniketan is aimed at helping teachers to get better at planning and being more organised, improve their knowledge and updated with technology, new systems, processes and developments in the field of education and, improving existing skills etc.

At the beginning of every year In House Capacity Building Programs called conducted for all the newly enrolled and existing teachers. The topics include school rules and regulation, area which needs to be added in the curriculum, upgrading the skills, understanding psychology of CWSN, First aid, methodology etc. These programs are conducted by Management, Head of the departments, coordinators and professional resource people are invited to do the session.

Apart from these, teachers are sent to workshops conducted by CBSE, based on the subject area at all levels. Teachers undergo workshops which is in DIKSHA and NISHTA portal as well. Teachers are given opportunity to conduct seminars to improve their speaking skill and confidence. House wise competitions are conducted to encourage their sportsmanship.

During assembly the teachers are given opportunity to speak and all the teachers are involved in all the events and celebrations conducted in the school performing different roles and thereby improve their personality.
