Fit India Movement a nation–wide movement in India to encourage people to remain healthy and fit by including physical activities and sports in their daily lives has made its entry into our sports program at school.
The concept of FIT India is included into the school calendar. These activities include yoga day celebration, regular 10 min meditation every day, one physical activity every day for all the classes. As a part of FIT India school week we conduct debate, quiz and poster making competitions to highlight the importance of Fitness. We organize annual sports day as a major event where all the children are given opportunity to participate and showcase their talent in different physical activities.
