The minimum age criteria is strictly followed as per the rules set by the Department of Education, Govt. of Karnataka, communicated vide their ADM2(2)/P.S.E./01/2022–23, (24.06.2022) dated 15.11.2022.

The minimum age for the student as of 1^st June is as follows:

2.6 – 3 years completed for Montessori
4 years completed for LKG
5 years completed for UKG
6 year completed for 1^st Standard.

PLEASE NOTE, STUDENTS ELIGIBILITY FOR APPEARING FOR BOARD EXAMS WILL GET AFFECTED IF THE AGE CRITERIA IS NOT MET AT INITIAL STAGES.

If your ward fits into the age criteria, please bring the following:

• Copy of Birth Certificate / Proof of Date of Birth (AADHAAR is not accepted as proof of date of birth.)
• 2 Passport size photographs
• Present Class Report if the child has attended any other school.

Procedure:

• Collect the registration form after getting the above papers verified.
• Fill up the form completely.
• Student of class 3 and above will appear for Level Readiness check in language, maths, mental ability & reading.
• Student of class 6 and above will have to appear for Level Readiness check in language, maths, science, mental ability & reading
• There will be an interaction along with the parents after the readiness check.
• There will be an interaction with the School Counselor, Head of Stage and Principal
• Result will be communicated through your registered email and / or registered mobile number.

• Collect the admission form.
• Fill the admission form completely, attach the documents as mentioned below.
• Submit the documents within a maximum of 7 days from the date of collecting the Admission Form

Check list of documents needed for the admission: –

• Original Birth Certificate with the name of the child.
• Name Affidavit on Rs. 20/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper duly Notarized by a Notary with Notary Registration Number. (Applicable only if the name of the child is not mentioned in the birth certificate OR if the parent desires to change the name, surname, initial in the child’s name.)
• T.C. with the school DISE CODE, students Enrollment No. and student STS TC number mentioned in it, if the students has completed STD. 1, onwards.
• Report card of previous year if the child has completed classes of STD 1 onwards.
• 4 passport size and 4 stamp size photographs of the child with the name of the child written behind each photograph.
• Blood group with report.
• Medical fitness certificate from a qualified Registered Medical Practitioner.
• Caste certificate of reservation categories. (Mandatory for SC, ST and OBC), mentioning Cast & Sub-Cast.
• Self-attested photocopies of Aadhaar card of Father, Mother, Child and Guardian, duly signed. (Please bring originals for verification.)

Payment of fees can be made by Cheque / NEFT
Receipt will be issued after the amount is credited to the school bank account.
